Raise your glass to Brew2bottle!

Outstanding customer service. Ordered my wine kits at 1.30pm on Thursday and they arrived before 9am the following morning. So often we hear that 'due to the pandemic....', however, this company clearly have their customers interests in hand. A rare little gem. Well done Brew2bottle!

Very unfortunately guys

Very unfortunately guys, I got charged extra, as I never had before. I asked to return the package but no answer yet. I think we might not buy from these guys again. Beware of extra charges, I trusted them blindly, my mistake. But they've los a customer and whoever else is around here that used to buy from them

BEE'S KNEES BREW HOUSE

This place is the bees knees. Only place now that I order virtually everything brew later . Martyn is top lad and goes out of his way to sort you . Some of the kits that go on clearance are a ridiculously cheap price and these are quality branded . Lads in warehouse graft !!!!!! Top x million

Excellent customer care

New to brewing and came across this company on the Internet. Have gotten two orders delivered promptly so far. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly when I contacted them to adjust my orders etc.
I would recommend them as the service is exemplary.

Great service, value and quality

Great service. Have used many times and never anything other than quick delivery and excellent quality/value.
Latest order arrived damaged: quick phonecall and 5 minutes later a replacemnt was being despatched. Recommend very highly

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!
RECIEVED MY FIRST STARTER KIT & WINE,ONLY TO FIND THE CLEANING CHEMICLE SOLUTION WAS LEAKING BADLY AS I WAS LIFTING IT OUT OF THE BOX,IN THE PROCESS CAUSING BURNING TO MY HAND.BOX ALSO DAMAGED.
CONTACT BREW2BOTTLE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS,BUT NO REPLY BACK AS OF YET.
NO REPLY,NO COMPENSATION.
AVOID !!!

Great company and super customer service

Great company and super customer service. I have used B2B a few times before but on my last occasion there was a manufacturer’s issue with an item. Contacted Martyn and he sorted the replacement super fast and with a great customer service attitude. Really happy with this company and would recommend to anyone.

Very Good - with a suggestion maybe for even better

This is my 4th order, hopefully useful rather than repetitive, to demonstrate good service is not an exception.
Bulky (big wine kit, 2 beer kits & supplies) ordered after 6pm 18-Jan, delivered around noon 21-Jan. This is very good in present circumstances and good for any time. All items ordered received and I am content with price and all aspects of the service (though I have not needed to contact customer service, a good thing in itself, but I can't comment on this aspect of the experience).
The delivery communication is particularly helpful, with a 1-hour slot being given, so I can arrange the rest of the day around it.
Suggestion: The heavy wine box had been given some less-gentle handling and the plastic wine bag had burst out of the winexpert box, both top and bottom (not punctured, so OK to use). May I suggest labelling "Liquid Cargo - Fragile" and perhaps some shock resistant packing (a recent food order containing bottles had been packed with mats of partially shredded old cardboard, seemed very fit-for-purpose).
I will use again - in fact I'm about to place an order.

Broken boxes

Placed order for a Christmas present. Happy with price and delivery time however not happy with the packing of the goods. All squashed in a box not big enough so goods now in broken boxes that I can’t possibly give as a gift. Very disappointed

I have used 3 times

I have used 3 times, twice Oct '20 and once mid Nov '20 in lockdown. 2 of the orders included winexpert 30bt wine kit (bulky).
Good service - website does say they are under pressure so allow a few more days for delivery. Latest ordered Monday evening arrived Saturday morning. I find that completely acceptable in the circumstances. The 3 deliveries used DPD, which is excellent - they provide you with a 1-hr delivery slot and a fairly handy looking mobile app.
Prices for the equipment, consumables and wine kits all seemed reasonable, as does their range. I can't comment on contacting customer service because things have gone so smoothly there has been no need.
I will continue to use, assuming their prices remain competitive.
